Jackie and the staff are so excited to offer Virtual Consultation appointments. With this service we are able to help people achieve their health and wellness goals, whether you live close or far away, or for people who just aren't able to make it to the office due to work or family commitments.
A few benefits of a Virtual Consultation appointment are, convenience and comfort, no need for child care and no commuting necessary.

What to expect...
The initial consultation is an assessment that will take approximately 90 minutes. We do ask that you set aside two hours of your time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and fill out paperwork. You will then have a detailed consultation with
Jackie Holden.
In this session Jackie will review with you the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire you filled out, and attain a complete understanding of your nutritional, physical and emotional condition.
OUR OFFICE MANAGER
Arelys loves to help others and that has always been a big part of her life. In
fact, in 2016 she was awarded as one of the Top Customer Service Agents for
the Circle of Excellence in Florida. Her life journey has been filled with
circumstances that led her to be in this place where spiritual, mental,
emotional, and physical health and wellbeing are her highest priority.
Those events and Jackie’s encouragement helped her to return to school
and in March 2022 she was Certified as a Natural Health Coach. Her other
passions are spending time with her husband and family, caring for
animals, cooking, learning, and writing. As the office manager at the
Energy Wellness Center of Orlando she can touch others’ lives in a
meaningful way and that fills her heart with gratitude.
